      Description

The 10x Genomics Chromium is a microfluidics device capable of partitioning single cells into nanoliter emulsions for transcriptomic and genomic analyses. The Arts & Sciences Imaging Center offers full service processing of single cells into bar-coded cDNA libraries ready for sequencing on an Illumina platform. In addition to single cell RNA-sequencing (scRNA-seq) services, the A&S Imaging Center also provides services for single cell ATAC-sequencing (scATAC-seq) and single cell Multiome analyses using the 10x Genomics Chromium. Additional services include Visium spatial transcriptomic processing of tissue sections for either fresh frozen for formalin fixed (FFPE) tissues.
