Biography

Dr. Cook received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy and subsequently completed a pharmacy practice and a critical care specialty residency at the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center. Dr. Cook is an associate professor at the UK College of Pharmacy where he engages in clinical research, teaching in the professional degree curriculum, and clinical practice. 

Dr. Cook is also active in organizations such as the Neurocritical Care Society, the American College of Clinical Pharmacy, and Kids Cancer Alliance.
