Personal profile
Research Interests
My research program is in two main areas - nondestructive testing of foods, applying sensor data and machine learning to predict food quality and classify them on the basis of safety and quality; and food sustainability - alternative grains/proteins, food waste valorization and extrusion technology for value addition.
