    Research areas: librarianship, accreditation, assessment, business models, management & leadership, education & training as economic development drivers, national & global security, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and the role of information in society.

    Courses Taught

    In my role at UK Libraries, I analyze collections through curriculum analysis and data science approaches including relational database design, SQL, SAS and SPSS, machine learning, and interface and web designs for user-friendly sharing of complex collection data. My librarian experience includes collections, acquisitions, management, liaison/teaching and research services across STEM fields, clinical areas, as well as Eastern and Western languages and their cultural and literary spheres (Arabic, Hebrew, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, French, German, Italian, Russian & Slavic Studies, Spanish), with additional experience as manager, analyst, designer, linguist, language translator, and serving in mentoring and leadership roles.  Always pursuing new knowledge, my recent post-doctoral studies in artificial intelligence strategies, tools, and ethics deepened my skill in meaningful AI implementation.
