    Biography

    Jennifer Hootman is the Coordinator of Digital Scholarship and Academic Liaison to History at the University of Kentucky Libraries.  In this position, she fosters and supports digital scholarship programs and services that support faculty, researchers, and students in their teaching, research, and scholarly activities. Jennifer also provides research and teaching support as well as collection development for the department of History.  Her research interests include digital pedagogical practices. Jennifer holds an MLIS in library and information science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MA in history from Illinois State University.  Prior to her current position she was a Digital Arts, Sciences, & Humanities (DASH) Program Associate at the University of Minnesota Libraries - Twin Cities.  Before moving to Minnesota, Jennifer was the Instructional Services Librarian at Illinois State University.
