Research Interests
My area of research lies at the intersection of counseling psychology and vocational psychology. My research revolves around work as a social determinant of health from an intersectional perspective with a focus on queer communities. I use social justice frameworks and critical intersectional feminism to study systemic factors that shape access to workplace dignity, decent work, and precarious work. I also investigate impacts of work conditions on vocational, mental, and physical wellbeing.
