2009-2010 Coordinated School Health Initiative

The culmination of the multi-year evaluation of the Foundation's Coordinated School Health Program will be an evaluation report prepared for Grantee by Dr. Jeff Jones. This report will include: • data gathered throughout the Coordinated School Health initiative from participating schools, augmented by • data on student attendance and performance on standardized tests which may be obtained throughout the initiative directly from the school districts or gathered from the schools or from other sources available to the Grantee.
