2012 Kentucky Health Literacy Summit: Building Your Health Literacy Toolkit

Sponsorship support for the Third Annual Kentucky Health Literacy Summit. This year's summit will be held on March 22-23 in Lexington. Health Literacy Kentucky is the first statewide health literacy initiative in the Commonwealth. This "alliance" of concerned citizens and professionals emerged from our inaugural event in 2010. As we had envisioned, partnerships and collaborative efforts have emerged and are beginning to address some of the state's most pressing health issues with the hope of influencing health policy in the future. Through networking, education, and public awareness, we are focused on one goal - a healthier Commonwealth thorugh improved Health Literacy.
