2013 Kentucky Soybean Rust Monitoring Network and Early Warning System

1. Coordinate the establishment of five soybean sentinel plots for the purposes of monitoring SBR in Kentucky. 2. Monitor Kentucky observation sites for SBR during the 2013 growing season. 3. Provide national SBR monitoring data to a national SBR platform for the purposes of developing risk assessments and management recommendations for stakeholders, and to provide the data needed to run SBR predictive models. 4. Provide SBR observation data, Kentucky SBR risk assessments and management recommendations to Kentucky stakeholders using a variety of communication formats and strategies
