A Phase I Trial of Dose Escalation of Metformin in Combination with Vincristine, Irinotecan, and Temozolomide in Children with Relapsed or Refractory Solid Tumors

SCOPE OF WORK This Task Order confirms that Moffitt engages Subsite to participate in the Sunshine Project Study Protocol number protocol number MCC#16962_entitled "A Phase I Trial of Dose Escalation of Metformin in Combination with Vincristine, Irinotecan, and Temozolomide in Children with Relapsed or Refractory Solid Tumors", ("The Study"), and Subsite accepts such engagement. The Study is supported financially by National Pediatric Cancer Foundation and is being conducted pursuant to a Prime Contract between Moffitt and National Pediatric Cancer Foundation. The Study will be principally coordinated at Moffitt, under the direction of Dr. Damon Reed, ("Principal Investigator'') with Lars Wagner, MD, "Subsite Investigator" performing the Study at Subsite. Subsite acknowledges previous receipt of a copy of the Protocol for the Study that is the subject of this Task Order.
