Description

The state level objectives that will be supported by this project are: Consume one additional serving per day of fruits and vegetables, towards a goal of 2.5 cups or 5 servings per day. Youth and adult SNAP eligibles establish healthier eating habits and will report eating a variety of foods to prevent or postpone the onset of diet-related chronic disease. Participants will report saving food dollars by planning meals, using a grocery list, and redeeming coupons.
