A Systematic Analysis of RNA Editing in Skeletal Muscle

I will provide Dr. Hughes with the HSA-rtTA mouse for the experiments proposed in Aim 3 of the grant application. Based on our experience using the HSA-rtTA mouse, I do not anticipate any issues using the mouse; however, if an issue does arise, I will provide advice on how best to resolve the problem. Also, as alternative strategy, I will provide any advice on using the skeletal muscle-specific Cre inducible (HSA-MCM) mouse.
