ABCG1 Function in Diabetes

I~s outlined in the proposal, the Daugherty lab at the University of Kentucky will be responsible for the following experimental procedures: 1. Acquisition of tissues from mice shipped from UCSD 2. Quantification of lesion size in the aortic intima. 3. Quantification of lesion size in the aortic root. 4. Staining of tissue sections by histological and immunocytochemical techniques. 5.
