Description
The KTC will work with the national IFTA and IRP staffs to analyze the current operations of each agency and to identify potential areas for improvement in their operations. Further KTC will work with KYTC IFTA and KYTC IRP staff and data bases to assess trends in funds accruing to Kentucky and apportioned to the states by these agreements, review the agreements for efficiency and effectiveness in determining appropriate allocations and analyze administrative and operational aspects of Kentucky's participation in teh two agreements.
