Description
Abstract and Major Goals
The UK-REI-CC is an innovative coordinating center model centering collectivism and emphasizing the
resilience of racial and ethnic marginalized communities. The UK-REI-CC will enhance and support the NIDA
REI projects by providing resources for networking and training, conducting community-engaged research,
data collection and analyses, and communication and dissemination. Completing the objectives of the UK-REI-
CC will result in accelerating the high impact work of the NIDA Racial Equity Initiative. An administrative
supplement is being requested to support unanticipated changes in personnel costs requiring multiple
subawards.
