Description
The Kentucky Transportation Center will coordinate installation and perform acceptance testing of the automatic vehicle identification (A VI) equipment anticipated to be installed at the Boone County Weigh I Inspection station during FY200S. The Kentucky Transportation Center will be responsible for installing the new MACS software and any additional computer hardware necessary for operation ofthe system. Extensive and continued training will be provided to weigh station and vehicle enforcement personnel in the use ofthe commercial vehicle electronic screening system.
