Description

This contract between the Department for Public Advocacy (DPA) and the University of Kentucky Research Foundation is to cover the period 1 July 2016 to 30 June 2017. The purpose of this contract is for the University of Kentucky Research Foundation (UKRF) in FY 2017 to train and guide the Kentucky Department of Public Advocacy’s Alternative Sentencing Worker Program (ASWP) on how to develop and produce evaluation reports. The end product will be an annual report developed by DPA that shows the specific outcomes of services provided by the ASWP in terms of reduced incarceration time and costs for DPA clients who participate in the program and in the study. UKRF will consult on methods for analysis of data collected by DPA staff in the course of their ASWP services for DPA clients.
