American Beef Safety Symposium

The Beef Safety Symposium is an annual meeting designed to extend infonnation on food safety technology advances and other food safety information for small and very small meat processing facilities to university educators, scientists and meat industry personnel. It is also attended by food safety, quality control, management, production and research and development personnel in the meat industry. The meeting will be held in conjunction with the 2004 Reciprocal Meat Conference Association at the University of Kentucky, Lexington, Kentucky.
