Description
This project will update traffic data used for estimating equivalent single axleloads (ESALs) by
processing weight, classification, and traffic volume data for 2006 and 2007, develop axle factors
and ESAL factors from the processed ESAL summary data, and develop truck volume estimates
and growth factors by functional class and aggregate ESAL class.
