Description

This proposal is for conducting archaeological investigations of selected areas that will be impacted by proposed improvements to a trail and associated facilities near the Green River Ferry in Mammoth Cave National Park. This trail is being upgraded to meet disability-accessible standards through the Targeted Accessibility Improvement Program (TAIP). The proposal also addresses the need for monitoring of selected areas near this project area, and for both Phase I survey and test unit excavations at selected locations along and near the trail.
