The Department for Energy Development and Independence will execute an MOA with the University of Kentucky Research
Foundation for the High Performance Sustainable Energy Research Laboratory project which will provide funding for the
purchase and installation of commercially available energy efficiency or renewable energy equipment and materials, including
reasonable design costs, for a new state-of-the-art Advanced Battery Strategic Planning (ABSP) facility
