ARRA: KIDS Now Evaluation

The purpose of this Master Agreement is to determine the quality of care in center-based programs in Kentucky and the relationships between quality and the KIDS NOW initiative and the relationships between teacher characteristics and quality of care. The overall purpose of the evaluation is to determine how programs and communities change as a result of the early care and education components of the KIDS NOW initiative, and how those changes affect children and families within their communities.
