Assessment of the Kentucky Dept of Vehicle Regulations Fee and Tax Structure, Research Study-Federal No. 29

The objectives of this project are as follows: 1. Examine each of the taxes and fees for which DVRhas responsibility and perform an assessment of the revenue collected via those taxes and fees versus the costs of providing the associated services. 2.Examine the fee and tax structure of surrounding states to see how pricing compares with those of other states. Kentucky's structure and 3.
