Breast and Cervical Cancer Coalitions

KCP will provide services up to 40% of one full time equivalent employee; attend breast and cervical cancer coalition meetings, provide technical assistance to and participate in the coalition activities as needed by local health departments, Cancer Coalitions, and KWCSP. Coalitions and services to be provided will be Identified by KWCSP, LHD, Cancer Coalitions and KCP and updated as needed. KCP will provide the following technical assistance as needed/requested: Providing consultation/assistance on developing and implementing coalition activities Providing assistance in facilitating coalition meetings and B/C activity planning Providing assistance with recruitment of the Disparate population on the coalition Providing assistance in completing the Tracking Sheet for coalition screening activities Assisting KWCSP in planning and conducting annual KWCSP coalition trainings This is the Master Agreement. There is no other scope of work available.
