Scope of Work: Prepare a comprehensive qualitative overview of water utilities in Eastern Kentucky (36 counties) in terms of (i) drinking water projects submitted to the KIA for funding consideration; (ii) institutional, management leadership, financial, physical and operational characteristics as well as drinking water measures; and (iii) GIS maps of public drinking water systems to define boundaries for service areas of each water utility. A key task to complete the proposed qualitative analysis will be to collect publicly available data on water utilities in Eastern Kentucky for items (i) – (iii).
