Provide training and technical assistance to 5Chool~ for provision of job coach servIces for students with significant disabilities. Includes training for job coaches, teachers, Department of Vocational AehabiUtation (DVA) counselors· training orientation for new job coaches, how to preform on the job evaluations, job analysis and systematic instruction. Social Security Work Incentives, Depl. of labor requlremen1s, model program development and training costs. Ky_ Dept. of Educaticn will pay one·faurth upon approval of Master Agreement with receipt of invoice from vendor. Vendor will thereafter invoice on a quarterly cost telmbursement basis inchJcfjng a summary of expenditures consistent with the budget submlne~ to KDE. Final invoice must be feceived within 60 days of expiration of Master Agreement.
