Description

The University of Kentucky is working in conjunction with the American Institutes for Research (AIR) on the National Center to Support Technology Innovation for Students with Disabilities. Following is a list of activities that Dr. Ted Hasselbring has agreed to provide for AIR under the current project. 1) Drs.Ted Hasselbring and Margaret Bausch will serve on the Advisory Board for the Center. 2) The UK staffwill conduct consumer panels to identify and prioritize lists of possible topics for research syntheses, documentary videos, and training modules. 3) The UK staff will provide AIR with input on the content ofthe Annual Cross- Project Technology Conference from the analysis of the consumer panels. 4) The UK staffwill conduct expert panels for the Center. The outcome ofthe expert panels will be a summary of the panel meeting. S) The UK staff will assist the Center in identifying topics for research syntheses. The topics will come from an analysis of the consumer panels and expert panels. 6) Dr. Hasselbring will serve as the Resource Bank Co-Chair with Dr. McInerney from AIR.
