To develop an ongoing professional development initiative for the superintendents by
collaborating with the Collge of Education, Department of Administration and Supervision
and the Center for the Student of Superintendency at UK. The University of Kentucky will
assign staff to plan and coordinate the CEO Superintendent' Network. They will also
facilitate the Educational Leadership Training Collaborative
