Grants and Contracts Details

Description

This document has been prepared in response to a Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) developed by the Department of Interior National Park Service (P14AS00149) for archaeological testing at selected locations along the Historic Tour Trail within Mammoth Cave, at Mammoth Cave National Park (MACA), Kentucky. This section of tourist trail is slated for rehabilitation by replacing the existing boardwalk or dirt trail with interlocking stone/composite pavers. In addition, trail rehabilitation also will be done on some short trail segments that transition from the Historic Tour trail to off-trail locations that are part of the tour experience.
