CHFS Women's Health FY 17/18 - UofL Kentucky Cancer Program (KCP) Professional Education

University of Kentucky, Kentucky Cancer Program (UK-KCP) will distribute professional education materials developed by University of Louisville Kentucky Cancer Program (UL-KCP). These materials will be used for statewide promotion of the Kentucky Women’s Cancer Screening Program’s expanded eligibility guidelines. UK-KCP Regional Cancer Control Specialists will conduct outreach visits to a wide range of local primary care providers (physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants), Federally Qualified Health Centers, health care systems, breast centers, and other organizations.
