Description
The contemporary challenges facing children and families are unique and multifarious. Research
indicates that young people are increasingly impacted by social, mental, and physical conditions that
impact their overall wellbeing. Against that backdrop, there is growing evidence that multidisciplinary
approaches to assuaging these impacts are idea. This project entails developing the Child Wellbeing
Research Institute (CWRI), which entails managing the Child Wellbeing Research Network. CWRI is a
structured research and dissemination initiative that will engage researchers from diverse backgrounds,
experiences, perspectives, and disciplines to advance the field of child well-being and prevention of child
