Children, Youth and Families at Risk Liaison

I will provide technical assistance to assigned CYFAR projects which will include review and feedback on annual reports, renewal applications, program inquiries, and conduct site visit to universities/institutions and community sites for programmatic and administrative review. Site visits will include observations, interviews, and assess progress towards sustainability, community and technology. I will provide technical reports to CSREES NPL and the project director for management purposes. Responsibilities will also include co-chairing a program planning committee( s) for the annual CYFAR conference, fulfill committee chair duties during the conference, host/present workshops and pre-conference sessions, assist running the registration desk, respond to questions from project directors and meet CYFAR project teams. In addition, I will make presentations at the new CYFAR projects orientation meeting and conduct web-based trainings for universities/institutions eligible for CYFAR funding. Also, I will communicate with CYFERnet work group to identify common issues and needs across CYFAR sites.
