Description

The University of Kentucky College of Social Work will provide evaluative services for the Summit on Children as well as for the nine local initiatives. UK will assess current court prodedures and processes during the Summit on Children by participant survey at the Summit. The surveys should be focused to direct the judiciary in: Guidance for court process improvements and efficient case flow management. Identification of weaker elements of court performance. Evidence whether refrom efforts are client effective. Identification fo reforms that aren't working well or have limited benefits which would lead to their redisign or elimination. Increased communication and collaboration between the court and agencies that provide services to children and youth.
