Description
Conduct a client satisfaction survey, data analysis and report production of clients closed by the
Office of the Blind for fiscal year July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018. The Rehabilitation Action
of 1998, as amended, mandates a review and analysis and consumer satisfaction of the function
performed by the agency by an unbiased entity.
