SCOPE OF WORK Clinical Outcomes Education and Research Consultation Advisory IResearch: 1. Participate in the improvement of the quality of mental health outcomes data 1.1. Serve on Adult Mental Health Outcomes Work Group 1.1.1 Advise on best practices of applying to Kentucky's populations Outcomes Measures based upon directorial experience the Mental Health Statistics Improvement Program's Kentucky Behavioral Health Reform Monitoring Project (4 HRI SM52058-02-4) 1.1.2 Advise on proper statistical techniques for analyzing results of the Kentucky Behavioral Health Outcomes Measurement Tool based upon directorial experience the Mental Health Statistics Improvement Program's Kentucky Behavioral Health Reform Monitoring Project (4 HRI SM52058-02-4) Education: 2. Train staff in proper administration of the Kentucky Behavioral Health Outcomes Measurement Tool that was organized around the Kentucky Consumer Satisfaction Instrument, the Mental Health Statistics Improvement Program Consumer Survey, and the Medical Outcomes Study Instrument: SF-12. 2.1 Provide instruction to staff who will answer a helpline installed for assistance in completing this instrument. 2.1.1. Prior to September 30, 2003, conduct an instructional program on the instrument so that staff of Kentucky Consumer Advocacy Network is equipped to guide consumers in how to properly and effectively complete the instrument.
