Collegiate Support Programs for Foster Youth/Alumni

Increasingly, post-secondary educational institutions are implementing supplemental support programs to assist foster youth and alumni matriculating into higher education. However, the literature is devoid of conceptual planning and evaluation models for these programs. This study will employ a mixed-method, participatory approach to explicate a conceptual framework germane to the development, implementation, and evaluation of these initiatives.
