Community Partnership for Tobacco Use Prevention and Control

UK will provide tobacco control surveillance and evaluation to include data collection, interpretation, and written analysis for Workplace Tobacco Survey, School Tobacco POlicy Survey, Food Service Establishment Survey, Illegal Tobacco Sales to Minors, ILocal Health Department Tobacco Cessation Survey, analysis of Behavior Risk Factor Surveillance Survey, a status report, update Annual Plan. Provide data and updates to Department for Public Health staff as needed.
