Description

Identification of soybean line - tobacco streak virus (TSV) isotate combinations that produce high rate of seed transmission and stable expression of the VIGS inserts, construction of full-length clones of Kentucky isolates of TSV and generate linear and hairpin gene constructs for siJencing. and evaluation of the effectiveness of the TSV-VIGS vectors in functional genomics studies in soybean meristemand of seed development in comparison with BPMV-VIGS vectors.
