Description

Perform annual statewide consumer satisfaction survey. Recipient will survey a statistically valid random sample of consumers of the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation whose cases have been closed during the federal fiscal year by telephone concerning their degree of satisfaction with OVR services. A minimum of 1,000 individuals will be surveyed. The survey will be designed and the data analyzed in consultation with OVR staff and representatives of the Consumer Satisfaction Subcommittee of the Statewide Council for Vocational Rehabilitation (the Council). The telephone survey will be performed and the data compiled by the University of Kentucky Survey Research Center staff. The survey data will be analyzed by the Principal Investigator (PI) who will deliver a draft version of the Consumer Satisfaction Survey Report at the March meeting of the Council each year of the contract. The PI will make a formal presentation of the report at that meeting and gather input from the Council. The PI will deliver a final Consumer Satisfaction Survey Report before June 1 of each year of the contract.
