Description

The University of Kentucky eXtension staff will continue to provide leadership and guidance in the development of communities as well as tools and applications for the Cooperative Extension System (CES). Specifically, the team will: 1. Work to develop new tools and applications focusing on improving the effectiveness and efficiencies of the approximately 15,000 Cooperative Extension employees. 2. Continues to support and enhancement Communities that can support and develop projects addressing the two primary focus issues of climate and food systems. 3. Continue to assist Communities in development of eCourses (learning modules) on content development, social media, SEO, etc. 4. Work to support the efforts of the 9 funded innovation grant recipients. 5. Explore emerging issues and opportunities to develop in the innovation labs. 6. Develop ways to identify emerging issues that are shareable for CES. 7. Develop and participate in professional development activities for CES. 8. Work with and develop experiments in conjunction with the 200 Corp. 9. Continue to support the work of Communities in CREATE and their growth as a community. 10. Support other eXtension activities as directed by the CEO of eXtension.
