Abstract The MIRAGE study is a retrospective, multicenter, observational cohort study of patients with multidrug-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection treated with imipenem- relebactam. Enrolling sites will collect EMR data and available bacterial isolates to evaluate the clinical outcomes of adult patients. Data will be entered into a secure online database (REDCap). Sites may enter up to 30 patients total. Available bacterial isolates will be shipped to the Coordinating Center (U. of Pittsburgh) for antibiotic susceptibility testing and identi?cation of mechanisms of resistance.
