County-Level Analysis of Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System Data

Parties to this Agreement agree that the first priority will be analysis of data on the variables delineated below, to the extent that they are asked yearly on the Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS)survey in Kentucky: BRFSS Items Currently on Kentucky Health Facts website Lack of Physical Activity Prevalence of Obesity Prevalence of Adult Smoking Tooth Loss (adults missing 6 or more teeth) Limited Activity in the Past Month Prevalence of Diabetes
