Abstract
The Bluegrass Care Clinic (BCC) proposes to expand services provided through its Ryan White
HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) Part B Program in an effort to prevent, prepare for, and minimize
the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on people with HIV.
