Description

The University of Kentucky Program for Archaeological Research (UK-PAR) is responding to a Request For Proposals (RFP) sent by the City of Winchester (Clark County, Kentucky) for conducting both cultural historic survey and Phase I archaeological survey in advance of proposed redevelopment along a portion of Lincoln Street. UK-PAR has both archaeologists and cultural historic personnel on staff who have been qualified to conduct these types of projects by the Kentucky Heritage Council (State Historic Preservation Office). These persons are available for the proposed project. The proposal document provides details about the proposed archaeological and cultural historic survey work as requested in the RFP.
