Customer Satisfaction Survey

Perform statewide consumer satisfaction survey. Recipient will survey a statistically valid random sample of consumers of the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation whose cases have been closed during the federal fiscal year by telephone concerning their degree of satisfaction with OVR services. The survey will be designed and the data analyzed in consultation with OVR staff and representatives of the Consumer Satisfaction Subcommittee of the Statewide Council for Vocational Rehabilitation. The telephone survey will be performed and the data compiled by the University of Kentucky Survey Research Center staff. The survey data will be analyzed and a final report prepared by the Principal Investigator.
