Data Linkage to Improve Traffic Safety Data Set Integration in Kentucky FY25

Continuations: • Assist UL in maintaining access to virtual machines and data services at UK College of Pharmacy (Trauma Registry). New Activities: • Link Crash, EMS, and Trauma datasets. The project team will add two additional datasets to the linkage method in consultation with the KYTC project manager during the project. All records available will be included in the analysis. UK scope: 10% of effort - Revise material and QA/QC • Adjust the linkage methodology to incorporate new data and improve upon the existing method. We will measure the percent change in linkage rate. UK Scope: 10% of effort - Revise material and QA/QC • Continue steps to develop the dashboard prototyped in 2023. UK scope: 90% of effort - and Implementation and maintenance • investigate feasibility of HSM and iRAP related analyses. 20% of effort – develop material and QA/QC. Help to develop methodology.
