Description
The Kentucky Deaf-Blind Project (KDBP) works in collaboration with the Kentucky Department of Education and other local, state and national programs and services to carry out activities specific to supporting Kentucky’s State Performance Plan and
State Personnel Development Grant. The project’s purpose is to work toward improving outcomes for students, families and service providers; particularly for those students who are deaf-blind.
