Developing Federally Qualified Health Center and Critical Hospital Collaboration in Appalachia: A Demonstration Project

The UK Center for Rural Health will work with two Critical Access Hospitals and two Federally Qualified Health Centers to develop collaborative activities that would benefit their institutions and improve the availability and coordination of services in their communities. The project will also document the collabortive process and its outcomes to guide other CAH/FQHC collaborative efforts.
