The Institute for Rural Journalism and Community Issues will expand its efforts to increase health coverage in rural Kentucky newspapers by converting Kentucky Health News from a blog site into a standard website, employing three part-time staff members supervised by the director and conducting a one-day workshop aimed at Appalachian news media.
