Development and Implementation of the Statewide Assessment of College Level Learning

To assist the Council of Postsecondary Education with the developoment and implemenataion of the statewide assessment of college level learning as part of state accountability network. The Council's focus is to improve the quality of postsecondary education whil increasing the bacclaureate attainment of Kentucky's adult population. UK will provide the services of a faculty member and graduate assistant from COE's Educational Policy and Evaluation Program with assessment and organizational expetise to assist the CPE with development an implementation of the assessment of college level learning as part of the state's accountability framework.
